Default Poker and Go

Before i got hooked on poker, Go (the board game) was my primary obsession. Have other people played the game? I think that many of the same thought processes apply to each game (although i must admit that Go is much more complex). I think a study of either game would improve one's understanding of the other immensely.

Go is a game of perfect information, where poker mainly comes from incomplete information. Also, you need to plan much further ahead in Go, than Poker. Although, most people don't plan ahead far enough in poker, so that could be an advantage for a Go player.

Got excited when I saw the subject; thought it was about getting in a quickie before leaving for work.

Hey, me too. Voluntarily, though. Better start looking soon, the money's starting to run out
