Default PP 30/60 passive line with top pair

table is fairly tight, and BB folds way too many hands.

SB is aggressive, and tends to fire away continuation bets regardless of his hand. My table image thus far has been fairly aggressive.

I felt that raising on any street would only minimize what I won when ahead, and maximize what I lost when behind as I believe the SB would play this way if he hit or didn't with the exception of possibly check-calling the river with just A high. Thoughts?
