Denied trying to create Multi account

It said I had accounts at other skins and, for security reasons, could not open an accout there.

Do I have to do the clean PC thing if I have Party, Euro and Empire accounts? (Whoring only-no RB)

Yes, you must use a clean computer.

Yup. One without a Party skin. Make sure you deposit on that computer, too.

So once you have set up an account and then deposited on a fresh computer, you can play on one that has both skins downloaded?

I signed up and deposited on Euro and all I did was delete my registery thingy.
