Strange Question about Varience
I have an odd question about - Varience. Let's say that I'm on a down streak and a friend is running good. If that friend comes over and sits at my computer or live table and takes over my seat that he will start running good while my time at that seat I've been running bad? It may be a dumb question but it's something I've been thinking about and was just wondering what you guys might have to say on the subject. thanks

Re: Strange Question about Varience
Your friend will definately run BAD in your seat as variEnce is seat dependent, not player dependent.

Variance is just random cards coming off a bit too positive or negative. If you're on a bad run it doesn't increase your chances of more bad cards |

Re: Strange Question about Varience
it also doesn't matter what seat you're sitting in because cards are random

[/ QUOTE ] Don't pay attention to the other replies here, people are just being asses. The answer to your question is, obviously, yes, HOWEVER, you should be very careful with regard to the egg you put on his head, it must be well balanced. Also, never let him touch you during a game, no matter what, especially not when he's on the bubble. Don't forget to post his results sitting at your chair (it's actually better if he brings his own chair with him to your house). Try to keep the sample size big enough for the posters here to judge: that is, at least 7 games, but no more than 13. Never more than 13. Good luck! |
