Default Is this rake beatable?

Local casino has a 1/2 100 max NL game that charges $5 per half hour to play, rather than a hand by hand rake. That means every hour one buy in dissapears from the table.

Is this rake beatable? It certainly deosnt feel like it when youre playing.

If this is Foxwoods (which has that exact time structure), I'm up a good amount after about 300 hours of play there. That's not really the long run for live play, but I'm fairly confident that game is beatable long term despite the large time charge.
