Default Pt is very laggy plz help

This just started happening. PT makes my computer very laggy, my CPU usage 100% for an extended period of time, stops importing hands, and when I try to close it, my comp freezes. I think I deleted my old HH's, and definately have them being exported to a file. Please help!

Don't auto-rate yourself, or even better, turn off auto-rate all together. But just turning it off for yourself should help.

Also, you can try reducing the import frequency from 1 minute to 2-3 minutes.

Hope this helps!

Sooner or later you need to stuff more RAM in. Putting in another half gig did the trick for me...

I had a similar problem last week. Are you playing PokerRoom (BetonBet)? If so, the database gets fugged up after a while. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that fixed it.

It turned out to be a problem with my NVidia video driver. I just needed to turn of my desktop manager. Pat ran me through it. I hope this helps anyone else with the same problem.
