Hand 1 looks fine
Hand 2: I think raising UTG+1 w/ ATo is pushing it, I wouldnt even limp in with it this early. It takes a lot for loose/passive player to 3bet so I'm thinking youre behind, however, I still find myself calling down in situations like these.
