Default Am I reasoning correct here or just a lucky fool

What made this hand interesting was the 2 opponents in the hand with me. One was your typical solid rock, the other was a complete maniac. Maniac doesnt do the kid justice as he had pure bluffed 2 flops for massive overbets with 6 high and 72o semibluffing his 4 flush into a preflop raiser for a reraise. He was basically out of his mind and braggin about the 2k in his account etc. My thinking in this hand and the reason that I played it the way I did was that the rock had an overpair and the maniac had nothing but both were almost certainly getting it all in on the flop. Since I felt I had 12 good outs I figured I should come along for the ride. Afterwards the rock gave me a hard time about the way I played the hand saying he expected more from "12/3"-mustve had PT. He said I shouldve pushed the flop and I think he was probably right however him being in the hand even with a better hand then mine was part of my 1/3 implied odds to the flush which would help me if maniac had some small pair which was very unlikely. Habitually I fold in this spot but as I think about it now I think the best play was to push. The converter messed up the size of the pot and the actoin on the flop so I posted it unconverted underneath. thx for looking. What basically happened is the 3 of us got all in on the flop after the rock raised all in and maniac and I called.

Sorry UTG+1 is the rock which is why I figured he had a premium hand when he led out on the flop

UTG+2 was the maniac.

Rock UTG+1 makes it 6xbb, you call in CO with ATs....

Flop action is ok, I probably play the same way if the board isn't paired. You've only got 39% equity, which isn't much of an edge in a 3-way pot.

The call preflop was because of the maniac as well. In ordinary circumstances I do not even call a min raise with AQs from a tight player. I can not overemphasize the insane way the maniac was playing. After the game he moved up to 2000NL mustve been blowing off steam down with us.

It's a 6% overlay with lots of dead money in the pot. How is that not much of an edge?
