Re: hand vs. bus driver
Why didn't you raise the turn? What'd you put him on? Looks like he has a flush.
Call the river. See a showdown. |

Re: hand vs. bus driver
the villain check-called the turn, not the hero.
With regard to the hand, I am having trouble putting him on a hand here that doesnt reraise the flop that you lose to. But perhaps he was checkraising a blank turn. Ugh, the more I think about it the more I think he has filled up. I can't see what hands he would be expecting to bluff out on this river. Your flop and turn play must be either a flush or a set. This is a tough one. |

Re: hand vs. bus driver
It is very likely that he is using that river as a scare card. Therefore you have to call.

Re: hand vs. bus driver
9K with Kh?
i think this is a call here. busdriver may be thinking you didn't like the heart more than the pairing of the board, since you did raise his original bet on the flop with a set. he has to have a house more than 1/3 of the time for this to be an incorrect call. judging the flop action, i don't think villain would lead out and just call the raise on the flop. |

Re: hand vs. bus driver
is that bet exactly whats in the pot?
this seems like a really strangely played hand by villain, why cold call the flop reraise with that draw heavy board with a set? why bet the river so hard with a non nut flush? why bet trips so hard on the 3 hearted board? confusing to me why villain would do any of these things. youre obviously only beating a bluff but too be honest if i was playing against a mildly bad player a 9 seems more likely than anything else. otherwise its obviously probably a hand like 97 or a small boat, and you arent good here often enough to call since the bet is the pot. |
