(7SB) Flop: Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] SB (LAG) bets, BB, UTG call, I raise, two players CC behind me, one folds, SB and the others call (9BB)Turn: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Checked to me. What's the plan? |

Re: A pair and a gutshot
Against this many players I'd check/call the turn and check/fold the river UI. (Fold if it comes back 2 bets to you on the turn.)
You are probably splitting this pot at best, so the pot odds aren't as juicy as they look. |

Re: A pair and a gutshot
Bet and fold when it is 2 back to me. oops im being to results oriented. These hand are tough for me. 2 cold callers behind, makes you wonder. I would guess there is a flush draw out there, so your equity is proably pretty slim. I wouldn't be expecting to win this hand.
Any other reads? Limits? |

Re: A pair and a gutshot
why not simply call the flop. and reevaluate on the turn?

[ QUOTE ]
Any other reads? Limits? [/ QUOTE ] 4/8 but plays like a loose Party .5/1 table. Plenty of these guys will call the flop in an unraised pot with as little as a backdoor draw and an overcard. With the exception of the SB, they're all loose passive. |

Re: A pair and a gutshot
How many people are in this pot? I check if I'm up against ~3 people depending on reads.
