Default flush draw all in?

blinds are 30-60

i have A 10 of clubs

UTG folds, UTG+1 min raises, folds to me i call, bb folds.

flop comes
8h Jc 3c

How do you play it, both of us have around 1500 in chips?

check/call if getting proper odds. All in? At these blind levels and stack sizes? Are you a noob?
