A black man killed a white woman

A black man from the Harlem gang "Killing is fun" shoots a white woman.

The police goes to the gang's regular hang-out and arrests all guests. They keep them imprisoned without trial and then releases 10 of them, since they find out they were not even gang member. One of them kills another white woman. Better learn and keep all the rest imprisoned.

A story America would be proud of?
