Question for Full Tilt regulars (am i completely insane?)
I saw they are having a 10 seat free roll on Sunday for anyone who earned 1500 FT points in the past month or so. Ok, so I have around 100 or so. If I multitable 100max NL, is it possible to get 1500 FT points before Sunday. I will have no problem playing straight through the night tonight, but I have plans for saturday night and early sunday. So maybe 20 hours total.

Re: Question for Full Tilt regulars (am i completely insane?)
Best shot you got is to play as many $50-$100 SNGs as humanly possible, 4-table heads SNGs and anything else you can. SNGs are the only way to accumulate points that fast as you get 7 for every $1 in fees.

What is the quality of the SNG competition there? I'd love a monster SNG challenge, especially if they are soft.

They are pretty soft...I played in a few where you were in the money after the first round of blinds.

People will stick around for 3-4 matches in a row too so you can get real good reads on them. But as a measure it is $100+$5 for heads up, so that nets you 35 FT points. 1500/35= 43 (approx) ... You can play 2 at a time with average time of matches being around 20-30 minutes, so 5/hour. 43/5= 8+ hours just playing $100 Heads up matches to hit the 1500 points. Add in a few $50+$5 and $100+$9 full SNGs while playing 2 heads up matches and you can do it in 6 hours. ~Justin |

Re: Question for Full Tilt regulars (am i completely insane?)
I thought the 10 seat freeroll was for 10,000 FTP's, not 1500. Did they add one for 1,500?
Anyone playing in the 30 seat guarantee they are having Sunday for $500+35? TT |

Re: Question for Full Tilt regulars (am i completely insane?)
The 1500 quote was something I got from a friend at work. He was wrong. It is 10K. Oh well. I am in the 500$ 30 seat, but playing for a friend. If I win, I get the 2K (net our travel) and 50% stake in him.
Plus I get to paint his head like Bam am Bigelow if he makes it far enough to get on TV. Probably a good thing, now I might head down AC for some real life poker instead. |
