Default I made a friend tonight (low content)

This guy's getting a Christmas card.

Yes, I'm giving the higher grounds a shot.
I was pleasantly surprised to notice that some 25-type donks are up there [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

You realize you're being totally results-oriented, right? If you had KK, you'd lay it down and his play would be brilliant. He tried to make a move and ran into the nuts; it happens to everybody who doesn't play completely predictably. He probably read your large preflop raise as something like TT/99 not wanting to see a flop and made a move to steal.

It doesn't mean he played optimally for the .5/1 game, but by itself, this hand by no means implies he's a total donkey.

Please realize that I personally never said he was.
A move's a move. When that flop came on, I thought, oh well, no soup for me. Imagine my surprise. That's all.
