Default pot odds in a HU freezeout?

You are playing in a series of live $50 heads up freezeouts in varying games against the same opponent. You are playing your second match and the game is NL texas holdem. The blinds are .5/1.

The very first hand you are dealt K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and raise to 5 from the BB. Villan raises 5 more and you call.

FLOP [pot: $20]
6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

You bet out $10. Villan thinks for a second and re-raises all-in for a total of $40. You have $30 left and the pot has $70 in it.

You've played with this guy quite a bit and you strongly suspect he has JJ, TT, or QQ. You don't think he would make this play on a flush draw or with overcards. It is a small possibility he could have flopped a set of nines. He sometimes plays overly aggressive but is totally capable of playing a dominant hand this way.

Do you call in this situation? If you trust your read, you are getting sufficient odds to call. However, since this is a freezeout, is it better to fold and pick a better spot? Keep in mind that you will probably be playing this guy about 20 times in the next month.

Well the pre-flop action is kind of moot in this example as I'm actually trying to get feedback on pot odds in HU freezeouts specifically, but since you bring it up, you could at least explain. King high isn't good enough for a 5BB raise off the button in HU? What would you do with it? Raise smaller?

HU, you better raise K7o and limp it on the button. Still, not to 5x BB, if that was your point.
