Is this KK line alright??
Villain is semi-fishy, 26/5/0.86/40% WtSD/50% W$SD. Pretty passive post flop. Will call down w/ gut shot straight or mid-pair on board and bets big when he's got the goods.

Re: Is this KK line alright??
Looks fine. Maybe bet full pot on flop. 1/2 pot information bet on turn looks good to me but is open to discussion.
I'm not sure about the river check. At first, I thought you might wanna try a blocking bet in case he has the Q, but since you say he bets big when he's got the goods, you could expect a Q to raise you on the turn. So if your read is good, he does not have the Q and you might wanna check the river to induce a bluff. If this guy doesn't bluff, you might as well bet for value here. I'm pretty sure you are looking at a busted flush draw here. |

Re: Is this KK line alright??
I guess it depends on how often you think he has a draw here compared to a midpair hand (or something that beats you), and how often he bluffs missed draws or value bets a midpair when you check.
If your read is correct, he probably doesn't have a queen, so if you think he is pretty passive, I would probably bet the river. |
