Default Well... I finally fired back at Party Support

Crap like this really makes me glad I don't play there very often anymore.

My response (Original question and party's reponse below)

Dear Support,
You didnt even answer my simple question. Rather than simply sending a preformatted response in lightning quick time that doesn't even come close to answering my question I would have much rather waited a little longer to get some connection between your response and my original question. Thank you.

In the same, or less, time that it took you to send that response e-mail you could have just sent another copy of the original e-mail and maybe have gotten a useful reply from a different rep.

We all know Party's support sucks, you just gotta learn to live with the headaches of it.

You're calling me a douch bag in a thread you started about "firing back" at some automatic email reply from Party Poker.

Like I said -- badass. Something all us noobs can aspire to be.

Don't listen to these idiots. I think every time a customer sends an angry e-mail it (albeit small) raises the likelihood of businesses conducting business properly.
