Looking for Abdul's Pre-flop guide

Hi,

I'm fairly new to poker and from reading various FAQs it seems fairly obvious that I need to read the following document:

Hold'em Preflop Strategy According to Abdul

which is posted at

It is apparently a grid of starting hands and what to do with each hand pre-flop.

This website is currently down; whether it has been down for hours or years, I'm not sure!

Has anyone got a copy of this document/web page or knows if it is available elsewhere?
