What the hell is the name of this movie?!?!?!

There is a movie that came out in the past few years, I don't know if it is on DVD yet. For the life of me I can not remember the title [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

Here is the premise...

3 people are employees at a bank and each of them decide on their own to rob the bank they work at. The catch is that they all planned it for the same Friday. If I recall correctly, one of them wanted to take all the money and go to Vegas and put it all on Red or Black and if he won he would keep the winnings and redeposit all the money he stole back in the bank before it opened on Monday. I don't remember the other 2 people's plans.

Anyone know what the title of this is???

Is it out on DVD yet???

There are exactly three things that are gayer than you:

1) Having the nickname "Big" without being a biker or a mechanic.

I liked it, the plot is very good. Was executed pretty nicely aswell and the acting was goot.
