Can you stack the referral bonus (up to $200) with a first time deposit bonus (bottomless)?

I know they have the unlimited bonus, but it would be nice to earn points towards clearing both at first, if thats possible.

Seriously though, I called bodog today for something and their customer support was excellent, quick, and helpful.
