Eurobet and Paypro

My understanding is that Eurobet uses their own cashier system rather than relying on Paypro like all other Party skins. I have seen several posts here where someone's account was frozen/ investigated and they were (at least temporarily) affected on multiple skins. For example, someone will say that he is unable to cash out from Party and then he will later figure out that it is because Empire froze his account for bonuswhoring and this caused Paypro to lock it until he called them (please tell me if I am misreprenting what happens; this has never happened to me). When this happens, are people still able to use Eurobet without any problems since they are independent of Paypro?

I've never had my cashout priveleges frozen by another skin but from using eurobet and getting an idea of how they work, it seems totally independent. They say they need a day for collusion checks when sending money from Poker to the sportsbook but I think mine is always there in a couple of hours. When sending money to them through neteller it comes up as Eurobet, not PayPro.

I know I'm not answering the question exactly, but I don't really understand why you need to know this. If Empire freezes your acct you should be able to sort that out via email quickly, if party freezes it call them up. Regardless you should be able to cashout at Eurobet I think.
