With MP's limp call preflop its more likely he has a 7 or 4 instead of a lesser overpair.

Especially with the 200 river lead I would fold.

I pay off too much but I would call here. 5:2 pots odds are pretty good and the board provides an excellent position to bluff. Lots of busted straight draws and the hero priced them in on the turn with the small bet. Put a pot sized turn bet in and I think the river decision is easier (probably, a fold). The villain knows the hero doesn't have a seven or a four so a bluff is excellent here. The bright side is you can be wrong 65% of the time and still show a profit.

i call. i call quicker if the flop were not rainbow, but it still is a perfect spot for a busted draw or lower pair to bluff.
