poker plex bonus problems?

i have played well over the 300 (.25 and above) raked hands required by their bonus, but still haven't received it. custome care isn't responding to my emails, and their phone number international, so i can't dial it from my cell phone. has anyone else had similar problems?!?

I think the rules are that only pots raked over 25 cents count towards the bonus, regardless of limit.

I am afraid each cryptologic sites bonus requirements are different. Interpoker allows you to play any level game and credits as long as the rake is at least 25 cents. Unfortunately although it is stated nowhere pokerplex requires you to play 1 2 or above to get there bonus. Littlewoods you can play any stakes and rake or not you get there bonus after 250 hands The hourly sites like totalbet, ukbetting and williamhill all require you to play 1 2 or higher. I would call customer service to confirm but I think this is accurate.

I'm having the same problems...I've emailed them twice and have yet to have the bonus credited to my account. According to PokerPlex's website and their email newsletter, a raked hand is one in which you are dealt cards and the rake reaches at least 0.25 of a unit (since the site deals in euros, pounds, dollars and all that).

First email was Tuesday, second Thursday and I'm sending another now.

It reeally pisses me off when a site just flat out doesn't respond to your email, it's freaking rude.

At this point, I want the bonus on pure principal, but I think PokerPlex has just lost a customer.

make it 2. for me, they have answered me now, but dont address any of my problems. they can't tell me how many raked hands i have played (according to them) and says that the software should automatically give me my bonus. well, it's not. and honestly, they have the worst customer service i have encountered. have you tried calling them? i can't make foreign calls.

i found a number that you can access from the US - 1-866-687-7926 (US)

call them, and they will put you on a list of people who are having problems (they have had a bunch reported), then supposedly they will get it resolved by tomorrow. who knows if this is true, but at least it sounds like it's moving forward.

well, i still didn't receive the bonus even after calling them. i'm definitely not playing with them again.
