10 hands is really small. Did you see him go donk with cheese in previous hands?

10 hands is no read, stats-wise.

Cap pre-flop. Even if you are behind the CO, you have SB padding the pot. JJ is a strong hand (even though you are often times behind AA-QQ, but you are also ahead of TT and big aces (and KQs, maybe)).

I think I call this down once he bets into my flop cap. I want this fool to show down his hand. What I am wondering is if it worth it to raise to get CO out of the pot (assuming he has overcards or a higher PP) so you can win the pot the times the SB is just donking out. I have no idea what the percentages of CO folding and the SB donking out would have to be to make this profitable.

I'm with toss. If he's donked with cheese, I raise the turn and call down a 3bet like you did. If you have nothing more than 10 hands and those stats, I think calling down after his turn bet may be better.
