Default Blind stealing & defense goals

Against typical 5/10 players, are these goals reasonable for blind stealing and defense:

Defending Blinds
Defending SB vs. button stealing 24.7%
Defending SB vs. CO (button folded) 19.6%
Defending BB vs. SB stealing 54.8%
Defending BB vs. button stealing 45.9%
Defending BB vs. cutoff stealing 35.0%

Stealing Blinds
Steal from Button if blinds tight 54.8%
Steal from Buttonl if blinds loose 40.0%
Steal from SB folded to me 36.3%
Steal from CO if blinds tight 36.3%
Steal from CO if blinds loose 26.1%

i would normally raise with more than 36% of my hands in SB if it's folded to me. The typical 5/10 player isn't too good, you can still outplay him postfolp even though you're out of position

Learn how to play hands. Improving stats for the sake of improving stats is pointless.

87s-54s, 97s-64s, K7s-K4s, Q7s, J7s, 87

i didn't pull those numbers out of my arse. those numbers came from my own analysysis of which hands i 'typically' want to play in these positions. the problem is that i would have to play 20,000 fresh hands with my intended system before getting enough chances to play all those blind hands and see if my winrate is solid.

i think there is a point to alligning your blind steal attempts / defenses with proven winners / game theory values.

It seems like finiding 15-20% more hands to steal with on the Button than on the Cutoff can't be completely right.
