"Great Island" area in AC??

I just made a last minute reservation at the Red Carpet Inn in AC. It looks like it's very close to the AC Expressway, and in the "Great Island" area. Anyone know anything about this hotel or area? I fear that I'm staying in the middle of the ghetto, but not positive. Any info would be greatly appreciated...

It isn't in the ghetto, but it is in the row of shady hotels on your way into AC. How much did it cost ya? Maybe you can find a hooker nearbytheby.

From the outside it seems like a dive, but inside lies a mohogany interior, in-room spas, flat panel televisions and plush bedding.

Just kidding, I've never stayed there...looks like your typical dive, but not in the ghetto. There's a ton of low rent motels on your way into AC and I'm sure it'll be fine as a place to crash.

theres a new motel/hotel thing that just opened on rt 30, i think they are charging 38 a night. i can get the name if intersted. the place is 10 minutes from borg.

Its not in the ghetto. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the Trop. Stay there and play at the Trop.

I decided to cancel my reservation based on these linked reviews. My favorite title was "Why are there bricks holding up the bed?"

Stay on Route 30 in Absecon.
