Since it's unavailabe still I doubt anyone has read it. This is the same Cardoza Publishing ploy of hyping a book by putting it in Amazon's catalog before a release date and then not publishing on time, just like SS2.

This book has been advertised for months and months. I did pre-order, but cancelled because I was bored of waiting.
