Default Not capping the turn with the nuts

In both of these hands, I thought my opponents played their hands stupidly at the time, but after reflecting further on them I realized they actually played them extremely well.

hand #1:
Bicycle club, 30/60 game.

late mp who is tricky aggro raises, I 3 bet in the sb with AA.

Flop is AT9 rainbow. I bet, lmp raises, I call.
Turn is a J, putting 2 diamonds on board. I bet, lmp raises, I 3 bet, lmp calls.
River is a complete blank. I bet, lmp raises.

Hand #2

Huster, 25/50

lmp raises, I 3 bet with black AA in the sb. Weak loose bb calls, lmp calls.

Flop is T62, 2 diamonds. I bet, BB folds, lmp raises, I call.
Turn is 7 diamonds. I check, lmp bets, I raise, lmp calls.
River is a complete blank. I bet, lmp raises.
