Default Offer to David Sklansky with the help of 2+2ers

I’m convinced that you can hold your own against Daniel, and with the offer of a lay at 9 to 10 that Daniel has offered you I propose this.

We have 1000 shares at $100 a piece making $100,000

You play for us against Daniel, and we back you.

You can buy any amount of share you want David, such as 100 shares for $10,000 that you are currently willing to put up and the remaining 900 shares are divided up by 2+2 players.

For example Matt Flynn has already offered $5,000, which IF Matt still wanted, could buy 50 shares.

This is for one game only of David’s choosing.

Each share is entitled to an equal payout or and equal loss

David what do you think?

2+2ers what do you think?

Monty

I would like to buy one million shares. I get to invent the game though.

I'd probably take $2k or so but I don't think it's a particularly good idea, mainly because you'll get a handful of people forever hating on DS for losing a coinflip.

How is heads-up poker with no escalating blinds a coin flip? It is oft-said that heads-up poker is where skill plays the largest role. Perhaps you are speaking of limit hold-em specifically, and there is more luck involved in that than a no-limit, pot-limit game, but your statement is just wrong.

For the record I think Negreanu would defeat Sklansky.

What's in it for Sklansky? Do you plan on selling him shares of himself?

i'd be interested. If there is enough interest, perhaps he could be staked for the full 500K.
