Default AA hand 15/30, facing cold raise on turn

My notes on MP3 are "Tight, solid. Respect raises." On the turn, the UTG+1 player bet $20 allin and MP3 raised. I think I'm probably beat, but the pot is huge. My turn action?

i would call down b/c i can't lay down aces, but the proper move would probably be to fold. chances are if mp3 doesnt have you beat, utg+1 does anyway

I think based on your read that he is tight, the only hand that he could have that you have beat is Ace King. So I guess it comes down to, would he call two bets cold on the flop with AK. I think all other possible hands have you beat.

You have 4 clean outs to the nuts plus a chance that the other 2 aces are outs, and a slight chance that your aces are good, so this is a turn call. Probably have to crying call the river too if you don't improve.

although if you hit one of your 4 outs there is a good chance you will splitting the pot with someone whos has an ace

No, there really isn't, the way this hand has played out.

I was fairly certain my aces were beat on the turn. I didn't think MP3 had AK because he would have 3-bet preflop.

Your facing a SET from somewhere. There is no question about that. If MP3 is a TAG as your note indicate. He probably has TT or JJ it is the only hand that would posibly make sence. I doubt he would call 2 bets could 2 times on the flop with AK. He might have a hand like KJs but that is probably a longshot. I think you are competing with 1 set maybe 2. I look forward to the results.

I folded to the turn raise. I thought MP3 had two pair, AQ for a straight, or a set. I was sure I was beat, but I wasn't sure whether I had the odds to try and draw out on the river. So I erred on the side of caution.

On the river, the board paired the 7's, and MP3 won with KJs. The all-in player had 9T for a pair + gutshot. My aces up would have won.
