Default Legal Question

Let's say you are 19 years old and make 30,000 on a poker site such as UB, Party, ect.

What if, three years later, when you were 22, they find you were under 21 when you made that 30,000. Do they have the right to deny the 30,000?

Let's say you cashed out when you were 19, do they have the right to take legal action against you even after three years?

Another question that's more off topic: can you admit to something such as playing poker underaged, or drinking underaged after you are 21 and not face potential charges?

Can you admit to it before you are 21 or could you face procecution.

I apologize for my ignorance. Thanks
