QQ Hand between a rock and a hard place...
Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter
Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. 1 fold, UTG+1 calls, MP1 raises, Hero 3-bets, 4 folds, BB calls, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls. Once I saw that QQ my finger was on that raise button it was only after I raised that I saw MP1 stats Hands 127 VPIP 8.13% PFR 0% PFA 6.00 SD 9.09% Just have PT a few days. I know sample size isn't great but one wonders what I beat that he is raising with. BB is the main action/villain at the table his stats: Hands 263 VPIP 45.48 PFR 13.82 PFA 1.19 SD 34.80 Flop: (12.50 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players) I really really hate an A flop when I have a big under pocket pair. BB checks, UTG+1 checks, MP1 bets, I'm looking at his showdown % and looks like he folds way to easily. I raise to try and see if I can blow him off KK or QQ and to see where I'm at. Hero raises, BB 3-bets, Ouch. I think I'm dead. I call the 3 bet hoping for a Q or a [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, Hero calls. Turn: (9.75 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) BB bets, Hero folds. Final Pot: 10.75 BB It's funny I seem to be hanging on to bare AK overcards a lot more than I do to big underpairs. What really bugged me after this hand was the thought maybe he was just jaming it up with a flush draw. Advice please. |

yea, I'd say you're way behind, and HU it's a good fold. Multi-way I think about calling the turn.
