Default Common Situation, Bad Ettiquite

Talking about a hand after the fact, say I go all in and you fold, then we talk about the hand and I say "good fold, i had the nut flush" you say "yeah i knew it". Well first of all you probably didn't know it, you just suspected that might be a hand I had along with the other hands, second of all it's a jerk thing to say.

Why is this bad etiquette, Bruiser? Isn't it just as likely that you're full of [censored] saying you had the nut flush as villain is saying he knew that already?

If anything's bad form in situations like this, I'd say it's folding and then asking what the other person had . . . just my opinion, of course . . .

naw. just part of the jawing.

now talking during a hand when you are not part of it - THAT is bad etiquette.

is this considering angle shooting?

Last night, i was drawing dead on teh turn and moved-in to bluff. . .as the guy is going back and forth, he grabs his chips. OH [censored]!!

I look at him and tell him "I got you beat" and so he goes, "will you show" and so I say yes. He mucks and I flip over my cards.

Bad etiquette maybe. . . but unethical?

How does one deal w/this? can you look at the guy giving a running commentary and go "STFU please" w/out giving away your hand?

It might be annoying... but I don't see where it falls under bad ettiquete as it has no effect on the game whatsoever since the hand is over.

maybe "bad ettiqute" is the wrong term but it really irks me. 2 people are trying to have a converstion about a hand and give real analysis and learn from it and then it is like one of those 2 people needlessly adding in (subtly), "yeah i know what you had, you are so easy to read what a great fold by me i outplayed you so bad"... but that is not said subtly or as a joke, they are trying to sneak that int here
