I can't seem to put him on any hand that you beat here. I don't think a tight player would limp in from middle position with A3, 23 or 53, and I doubt that he called your flop bet with just a runner-runner flush draw. He could have a straight, but again highly unlikely. I would be so confused by his actions that I wouldn't want to raise on the river. I would probably call his river bet because I just love paying people off.

you played it fine. probably i would bet a tiny bit more on the flop (full pot). if he showed you 34 or 44 for the turned boat, i'm sorry. i would read this as a bluff, but then again, there must be a reason you posted this hand. and for what its worth, i think you played fine.

p.s. reraising the turn is nuts.

Reraising the turn on a tight player like this after his EP limp would scream disaster, chances are, TPTK or a Full boat or (unlikely) Nut flush draw! so unless you have a tell on a re-raise id call, re-raise is out of the question unless you wanna push which may be -EV against this type of player due to the fact you may be drawing dead with a pair on board. I agree with the other on flop, bet at least pot to get a gauge of strength *tight players usually don't chase runner runners*
