Default What can I do to self improve my game...

I am curious how every tracks thier poker progress. I have mutliple ways.

1 Poker Tracker (UB)
2. I keep a written log, when I play on the laptop every time I play. I write my starting bankroll, my ending bankroll, and as many mistakes as I can think of, that I made. I recount the hand as a story. Then I write atleast 1 or 2 good things I did.
3. Turning the above into an access Database.
4. site notes (when playing online) on the type of player, how they play, what thier starting hands are and position.

What else could I do to self improve my game.

I read almost every book that comes out.

I am currently a winning player at 3-6/5-10 at UB. First time in years that I can say that I am an above average player at these limits. and always FL.

One thing I heard or read that Danny Negreanu once said is he tracked the time (hours played, and time of day) that he played, his mental state, fatigue level etc... I think I will add a new field to my database tonight.

Is anyone doing anything different or more then I am...
