Mid pair against PF raiser - 3/6
Villain here is a weak LPP. I bet the river with the intention of folding to a raise. And I know the PF limp was bad.
Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (8 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is UTG with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Re: Mid pair against PF raiser - 3/6
Not a fan of your preflop limp at all.
Flop and turn are fine. Do you really think a weak LPP player is going to raise on the river? He'll just call. Do you think he'll ever fold an overpair? If he will (which I doubt), then that's the only reason to bet. Otherwise check-fold. He won't bet any hands you beat. |

check the river. You say he is a weak LPP...so maybe fold for one bet.

limping UTG with hands like 87s,89s,and 9Ts, is fine, BUT, you have to be a very loose passive game.
