Default PP15 with a maniac, other guy, TPTK and 25BBs

Guy raising is a maniac. He's only been here for 20 hands, but he is for sure. His stats during this time are 70/38/1.6/84WSD. The other guy along for the ride is fairly straightforward and and not too loose. Edit: Also he's fairly aggro and I think he would've let me know I'm behind if I was.

So, am I the maniac?

I like it, with SB cold calling all the way it seems like you have to raise the turn, and with maniac almost all in, a cap is good so you can take a showdown for 1 BB if a 78QK comes in. (Instead of folding for 2 or getting trapped for 1 when maniac bets out/raises on the river)

I think that river decision is pretty interesting, SB has been representing an OESD the entire time, and then at the river the pot is now 2-way with an all-in on the previous street, and the board 4-straighted. Is that river worth a value bet?

Yes, I agree the river was stupid. It was 6am when I played this and I quit soon after.

It looks more like SB just loves to coldcall rather than him being on an 8. If anything, he's much more likely to be on the upper end up the draw after he called 2+ semicold preflop.

I don't mind the bet because he's almost certainly not betting a pair if checked to him, but he might call with any piece of the board.

how big of a maniac is UTG3 in reality? are you almost 100% certain that you are ahead of him? hes played his hand really strongly and if you give him at least a little bit of credit i dont like the turn cap. sb will not fold after sticking in and i would think that you are behind to at least one of them by now.

another big deciding factor for me is whether the SB is loose preflop or not. having 2 guys call 3 bets cold should scare you.

capping the turn is definitely close though.
