Default simple rules questions

scenario 1. Players A and C have 1000. Player B has 250. Player A bets 200. Player B raises all-in to 250. What's the maximum players A and C can reraise?

scenario 2. Same players and stacks as above. Player A bets 150. Player B raises all-in to 250. What's the maximum Players A and C can reraise?

actually Nick, the answers are the same for both scenarios. Player C can raise to anything he wants, but player A can only call.

Some rooms will have differing rules, but I'll take a shot.

1. This is fairly clear, and the other players can only call the raise.

2. Any amount.

In hand 1, Player C hasnt yet acted, can't he raise?
