Default Calling down a TAG with crappy kicker

limper is a maniac, 75% vpip, 33% pfr...his limp means that he sees 2 cards in front of him and neither is an ace or king (1.2 agg factor)

I raise to isolate, SB is a TAG, 18/13/3 after 100+ hands

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP1 calls, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, MP1 calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (6.50 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, MP1 calls, Hero calls.

River: (9.50 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, MP1 folds, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11.50 BB

Fold at any point, raise at any point? I figure I'm WA/WB and the river bet makes me think I'm WB but I can't fold after the maniac folds

I guess it's WA/WB for the most part. You have a few outs to AA...but that's it really.

I don't mind it.

Don't I have to be good 40%+ starting from the flop?
I have to call the PF raise, 10SB in at that point.
He bets out and I call down the whole way with the maniac not raising (only calling) then I have to put in 3BB into a 11.5BB pot. Assuming my K is dead, I have 3 outs...another 3/47+3/46=13%+(3/11.5)=13+26=40%...So if I am good on the flop 40% of the time I should call down...am I good here 40% of the time...and does it matter since there are 3 players and the maniac probably has to catch a runner runner to win?

the 10% referred to the river call...

you absolutely can't fold the flop... so yes you are good &gt;40% there...

especially with the donkey overlay, you can't fold the turn. the TAG might be trying one more time to get you to fold.

the river bet indicates he does have a K but now the pot is too big to fold for 1 more...

net net, you were trapped in this hand. it happens
