Default Messing with the blinds is a blast!

Hosted a small tournament on the weekend with 10 guys. Instead of raising the blinds every 15 minutes, we started high and lowered the blinds every 15 minutes. It was not "real" poker, but it was a blast. Has anyone else ever tried this, or messed with the blind structure in other ways to change things up a bit?

People did tighten up early on, but as the blinds got smaller, they loosened up. I wouldn't reccomend it for a serious tournament, but for kicks it can be fun to see how much the blinds affect peoples play.
