party glitch/freeze

The last few days I've had the fold/call/raise buttons dissappear from my screen at Party on several occasions. it doesn't seem to be a connection problem, as the action is still going, and i can see the clock counting down. has anyone had this happen, or have any suggestions as to what might be causing it?

Didnt happen to me, but did to someone at my table two nights ago. He bitched about it a bit and when it happened a second time, he left the table.

Unfortunately I have no idea what caused it or how to fix it.

I've had this happen a couple of times and I've attributed it to connection problems...not really a disconnect problem but a lag problem. It always seems to happen to me at work, where I am plagued by lag issues, and never at home where I know my connection is top notch.

i have the same problem, where my buttons disappear, and i'm folded for not responding in time, but i think it might not be a connection lag problem.
there's another computer at my place hooked up to the same interet connection, and it's running 8 games smoothly while this crap is happening on my computer (granted that computer is much nicer than mine). it's just on one computer that this happens, and it was working fine for some time. i don't know if it's just coincidence, but the problem started occuring recently when i switched from empire to party.

also, once it happens, after i click 'i am back' it keeps happening -there's just no buttons. i have to go to a new table or close the program and start again, and then i can get it going for a few minutes before it does the same thing. strangely, i have had one working while another one gets messed up.
wtf? i just don't get it.
