Default Chipdumping at Higher Step

This looks like a bit of chimpdumping in the first hand of a Higher Step on PP. I'm thinking only 2 guys in it and they just happened to get 2 callers?

If this isn't chip dumping, I don't know WTF it is.

Are you sure this wasn't a $10+1?

what i really dont get is why they do it on a Step 1, where first prize is only 3 x the buy in??

I would save it for a Step 5 to have a shot at the 100k
