I saw the movie a month ago and thought it was horrible.

It was ok, but I didn't learn anything new about him that I hadn't read elsewhere. Also seemed to be trying to balance showing his gambling and his deteriorating life, but not doing a good job of either.

Waste of film.... I'd rather watch Battlefield Earth three times in a row then this trash once more!!

I thought it sucked. It really didn't dwell much on his poker success, which is really what I wanted to see.

I already knew his personal life was a mess.

This movie was absolutely terrible. I think one actual poker hand is shown in the entire movie and it is clicheed like nobody's business. The movie was mercifully short but it felt like it dragged on and on. As Stu's life kept getting more screwed up, the movie got more painful to watch. And of course it had an absolutely pointless naked woman scene as the icing on the cake. Save 90 mins of your life and don't watch this.
