I'm no legal expert, but it may be considered a
gambling debt. In lots of states these debts are
not collectible through the courts. But like I said,
I don't really know......

they probably already sent your info. to an agency. If you owe money, do the right thing and pay up. If you can't afford to lose, well, you know you shouldn't be playing. If a collection agency does call you though, just set up a payment system with them. They don't care how they get the money, as long as they do get it eventually.
