Default flopped nut trips, scary river, too passive?

My worry was that I was being too passive on just calling the river, while I know it's prolly standard, I have to check. UTG+2 has 7.5 post flop agg. and the other is very 50% vpip .02 agg.

Well we know that our hand destroys UTG+2s so the only real concern is the BB. The problem with him is that he might be the guy who check/calls a flush. I would raise this river given what you know just because the BB can have so many other possible hands that we have beat. Worrying about the flush probably ins't top priority right now.

Raise and call a 3-bet.
