Preparing for larger buy-ins

Most of my experience with online tournaments comes from the extremely cheap PokerStars events, but after winning a satellite on Bodog, I'm soon going to be playing in a $109 tournament, which is far more in terms of buy in than I'm used to. What can I expect as far as differences in the play/adjustments to make? Thanks!
