PARADISE HH HELP

i was importing HHs from paradise and i was playing shorthanded...

EVERY single hand was like "seat 4" then "seat 9" etc. so all the hands i played were getting an error message: "couldn't get seating info for game XYZ"

has anybody ever encountered this problem before??
