Default NetTeller Question: Echecks?

One nice feature of Paypal was that you didn't need to leave money in your account to use it: you could buy chips with an empty account and then they would make the appropriate transfers from your bank account (and called the whole thing an "echeck"). This was handy for taking advantage of deposit bonuses, which often came up without the advance notice necessary for the 3-4 transfer times involved.

Does anyone know if NetTeller functions similarly?
