I think this was ok, although I'd bet more on the turn. 12-15.

Reason being is you dont want him taking a weaker king (KJ, KT, K9(?) ) and raising for value vs a ~half pot bet. It's pretty clear though in your actual hand on a drawless board you've been minraised twice, TP2K is no good.

If the turn was a Q, the hand would be very interesting...

I don't fold for the flop minraise, and I like leading out on the turn to find out where you really stand in this hand. I also fold to the turn minraise.

I really think his bet accomplishes the same thing, and I don't think a weaker king is raising here at all (granted I have no read here.)

Agreed. Can someone go change that for the sake of the forum? My time machine is down today (crappy child laborers).

Yeah, I think I was just looking a little too much into it. The bet size is fine. Some reason I think I'd bet exactly 12 in this situation, but w/e.

If he bet really small, I could see a weaker king raising, but once again, I think I was just nit picking.
