Help a Canadian pick an LCD - best value for the price?

Ive been looking around for deals - but our prices just dont compare to what is coming up in the States...

These are the best prices I can seem to find up here. Which of these would you choose for the price?

Samsung 213T for $943 CDN from tigerdirect
Dell 2001FP for $899 CDN from dell
Viewsonic VP201b for $797 CDN from sam's club

Obviously the Dell is the popular choice around here. I havent heard anything about this viewsonic though and the price is nice. Any opinions?
